BeeBillable compared with ConnectWise Sidekick

Sidekick is ConnectWise’s AI assistant across the PSA, covering ticket summaries, reply drafting and triage. BeeBillable is narrower on purpose: it scores and improves the time entry note that supports a bill, and it works across ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA and Syncro.

Choose Sidekick when the pain is ticket throughput inside ConnectWise. Choose BeeBillable when the pain is written off hours and disputed invoices. Many shops run both.
