Does BeeBillable integrate with HaloPSA?

It works on the HaloPSA ticket without an integration. The browser extension reads only the text your tech selects and the ticket number, in their browser. There is no API key to provision and no PSA credentials to hand over. It has no API access to HaloPSA, so it cannot save a time entry or change a ticket on its own, it writes only into the note field your tech taps “Fill from BeeBillable” in.

Do my techs have to leave HaloPSA to use it?

No. The Time Entry Helper rides along on the HaloPSA ticket in Chrome or Edge. Techs highlight the problem, jot shorthand, and get a scored, rewritten billable note to paste back, without switching apps.

Question 3

Will the AI invent work my tech didn't do?

Accepted Answer

No. The rewrite is written from what your tech typed and the ticket text they highlighted. It will not add a confirmation, a root cause, or a named person that is not present in the source. An honestly thin note scores low rather than being padded. The one thing it fills in is how the work was accessed (remote, onsite, phone), and only when you have set that as your team default; turn the default off and it will not assume even that.

What does it cost to try on a few HaloPSA techs?

Nothing. Every new team gets 14 days of unlimited AI rewrites (no credit card or automatic charge), then the Free plan includes 25 rewrites total for up to 3 users. Paid plans start at $15 per user/month ($12 effective when billed annually) with unlimited rewrites and renew at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled before the next renewal.

We also run ConnectWise / Autotask / Syncro tickets: does it cover those?

Yes. The same extension works on ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, and Syncro ticket pages, and it is not active anywhere else on the web.
